The Board of Commissioners is the organ of the Company which has collective duties and responsibilities for supervising the control over the running of the Company in accordance with the Articles of Association, the vision and mission of the Company, as well as providing advice to the Board of Directors and ensuring that the Company implements CG at all levels of the organization. The Board of Directors is an organ of the Company which is authorized and fully responsible for the management of the Company in realizing the Company's vision and mission in accordance with the articles of association and the mandate of the shareholders and stakeholders. The Board of Directors also has the authority to regulate the running of the Company, take actions and policies deemed necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the Company by taking into account aspects of efficiency and effectiveness.
