Whistleblowing System

The whistleblowing system allows anyone to report suspected acts of fraud, violations of law, ethics and the Company's code of ethics committed by Company employees. Through this system, the Company can guarantee the confidentiality of identity and protect the Whistleblower.

Reporters or whistleblowers, both from internal and external parties, can report suspected violations through the whistle blowing system if, in the view of the reporter, the means of complaint through formal channels is ineffective or dubious. Reports can be made via email to corsec@batulicinnusantaramaritim.com and reports that will be followed up are reports that meet the following requirements:

  • Reports submitted relate to corruption, fraud, theft, bribery, gratuities, conflicts of interest, violations of law and/or Company policies/procedures.
  • Reports must be made in good faith and not constitute a personal complaint over a policy
  • Certain companies or based on bad will/slander.
  • The reporter must provide information about the reporter's identity to facilitate communication, at least including the name of the reporter, and telephone number/email device that can be contacted.
  • The reporter must include evidence in the form of data, information or a clear indication of the occurrence of a violation so that the report can be followed up or traced.

Protection for Whistleblowers includes:
